worked in various corporate communications and marketing roles in Germany, New Zealand and the United States, before joining Bournemouth University, UK, as a Senior Lecturer in 2012. He is also a visiting professor/lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt, German Sport University Cologne and Cologne University. He has published widely, especially in the fields of marketing, strategy, sport, CSR/sustainability and organisational performance. In addition, he has been on the editorial board of international journals, and has experience in organising and chairing international conference workshops and as invited speaker in more than 10 countries. Prior to working in academia, Tim was the co-founder and Director of a marketing research consultancy in New Zealand. The firm was nominated for the Westpac Otago Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards 2008 and amongst its clients were, for example, large city councils and national government institutions.
